Big girls are on the up and up, I say it's high time. Kirstie Alley has single handily been going it alone and poking fun at her Pillsbury belly for years now. Fat Actress was a flop but, (pun intended) I suppose it's debut was premature. Her big splash on dancing With The Stars has Hollywood stirring with praise for Kirstie. You have to hand it to her, Miss Lady is 60 years old and 60 pounds overweight but light as a feather on those corned up hooves. If only she just waited of few years for the release of Fat Actress. Another biggens worth mentioning is Beth Ditto, formerly of The Gossip. She released her first solo single titled, "I wrote the book." It's infectious. Her stage presence is indescribable, her look is offensive and I kind of want to be her bestie. After some research on Beth I learned she designs a fairly successful clothing line and has done work with Yves Saint Laurent. Not bad for a morbidly obese lesbian from Oregon. She is the next big thing to watch out for, mark my words. Beth may have Adele to thank for her upcoming commercial appeal. Although Adele started out much later, she has been a bit of a trailblazer in our image obsessed culture. Her new album, "21" is already huge. I have heard Adele songs about 75 times today between the radio and TV commercials. There's also rumor of an Adele Glee episode. She's as big as a house but the girl has so much talent you seem to forget about all the cellulite. What's the moral of the story kiddies? Say yes to that heaping pile of fudge brownie a la' mode. These Lane Bryant wearing heifers are super sizing their order and not apologizing! These big bitches own their back boobs, embracing their quad chin! I'm taking a page from Ms. Ditto's book honey, let's just hope she avoids heart failure long enough to design a size 52 waist skinny jean. I'm so on board.
